Simple ways to support Sourdough Without Fail

I’ve been getting early feedback from people who own several sourdough books. They are saying that Sourdough Without Fail is the first book that has made sourdough make sense, that I put the science of sourdough into actual human language, and that this book makes sourdough feel achievable and like something anyone can do.

This is a book that can help people overcome obstacles and bake bread, and the thought of that makes me smile. I would really love for more people to hear about this book and get baking. Here are a couple of easy ways you can help:

  • Are you a member at your local library? On your library website you can often find a “suggest a title” section - please let them know about Sourdough Without Fail! Or talk to the librarian at the counter and you might be able to order it in that way.

  • Are you in any sourdough/fresh milled flour/whole grain baking groups or forums? Please feel free to post about the book there. Here’s the link to my blog post about it.

  • If you already own the book, I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave an honest review on Amazon or Goodreads.

Thanks so much for reading this far. I hope I’m not being too pushy, I 'm just really excited about this book and would love more people to find out about it.

Next week things will be back to normal with the usual whole grain sourdough insights and recipes.

Floury regards,

Kate

P.S. If you are on the fence about whether to order a copy for yourself or as a gift, order Sourdough Without Fail before the end of next week, send me a screenshot of your receipt, and I’ll send you the Sourdough Pizza ebook for free!

It's such a great recipe, and a favourite with the recipe testing team for Sourdough Without Fail, so it's worth sharing again! Whole Grain...

Whole grain sourdough treats taste great, feel good to eat, and they don't have to be overly sour. In this email I'll be sharing strategies for minimising sourness and working with unrefined sweeteners. Tallow-fried doughnuts made with sourdough, fresh milled whole wheat flour, honey, butter, and homemade honey-sweetened cherry jam, sprinkled with coconut sugar and cinnamon...delicious! Recipe from Sourdough Without Fail. How to minimise sourness To use sourdough for leavening only, rather...
